Placing Orders for Products

By placing an order for a product from this Website:

You warrant that You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
Your order represents an offer to Us to purchase a product which We may accept or reject. Price and availability may change after an order is placed.
Any discounts will be subject to the conditions set out in Our special offer terms and conditions.
When placing an order, You must provide a valid email address so we can send confirmation and shipping details for orders. Your delivery address must be complete and accurate.
Your credit/debit card or other payment details must be valid and payments will be processed securely through stripe or other payment gateway integrations.

Delivery of Products

We will try to deliver the products you ordered within the estimated delivery period set out when you placed your order, or if none was specified, within 30 days after the date of order.
Title (ownership) of orders passes to you once we ship the product.
For orders to be delivered within the UK, delivery will be through Royal Mail or courier service. International delivery is through Royal Mail International or other international courier services.
If you order multiple products, we may ship parts of the order separately.
We may require signature on delivery for high value orders.
If no one is available to take delivery, the carrier will leave a delivery notice and return on a later date for redelivery or arrange pickup from a local collection point.
Delivery times indicated refer to business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Returns and Exchanges

Please inspect all orders promptly on delivery. Damaged or defective products must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
To return a product, please email us at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping the product.
Returned products must be in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, registration cards etc. Returns without RMA number will not be accepted.
We will refund the purchase price once we receive the product in our warehouse in original condition as shipped.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Exchanges will be credited after receipt and inspection of returned item.
At our discretion, we may offer refunds in form of website credit for future purchases.
Special order or custom made items are generally not eligible for return or refund.

Accuracy of Content

We have taken proper care and precautions to ensure that product prices and other information posted on the Website are accurate. However, we cannot guarantee and do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of prices or other content on the Website.
In the event of errors such as typos, inaccurate descriptions, duplicated listings etc, we reserve the right to correct the information at any time without notice.

Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock when you place the order, we will attempt to restock and ship as soon as possible.
For unavailable products, you will not be charged until the item ships. In case of extended delays, we will proactively cancel the order and refund in full.
We reserve the right to discontinue products without prior notice or liability to customers. We also reserve the right to limit quantities shipped to online or in-store customers.
